NTSI, formerly LGB & Associates, Inc., was established in 1994 with offices located in Honolulu, Hawaii and Warrenton, Virginia.
Over the past 28 years, NTSI provides premier C4IM IT support to the DoD community and other agencies CONUS and OCONUS. As our customer’s missions and needs evolve with the rapid pace of IT improvements, so does NTSI.
As a small business, we have less bureaucracy, enabling quick decisions and consistent customer engagement. We are experienced Federal contractors and adhere to industry best practices for identifying, hiring and retaining qualified personnel. Leadership
Christy Ventura
President & CEO
Christy Ventura is the President and Chief Executive Officer for NTSI. Mrs. Ventura has over a decade of experience managing federal government contracts and operations. In her role at NTSI, she oversees all business activities, certifications, IDIQ contracts and task orders with government agencies and commercial customers to support their missions and technology needs. Prior to joining NTSI, Mrs. Ventura was Contracts Administrator for DLT Solutions and Serco North America, both IT service management companies, providing solutions for federal, state, and local governments and businesses across North America.
John Clark
VP & Director of Programs
John Clark is the Vice President and Director of Programs for NTSI. Mr. Clark has over 20 years of experience successfully directing the operations of multiple DoD Enterprise Information Technology and Intelligence programs. John overseas and directs the Program Management Office and the execution of contracts and deliverables. Prior to joining NTSI, Mr. Clark was Director of Intelligence Programs and C4IM projects in the Pacific for SAIC and LEIDOS.

Remembering Li Garcia-Ballard
LGB & Associates, Inc is now Nalu Tech Solutions, Inc (NTSI).
Nalu is the Hawaiian word for wave.
Our new name embodies our beloved Li Garcia-Ballard's relentless pursuit to deliver robust and professional IT services to government and commercial customers. A native Hawaiian, Li's career was dedicated to public service at the highest level. Li was a founding member and President of the Native Hawaiian Economic Alliance (NHEA) as well as Chairman of the Board of the Council For Native Hawaiian Advancement (CNHA).
Li's lifelong mission was dedicated to supporting locally-owned and Native Hawaiian small businesses, and helping customers with flexible IT solutions.
